Our Process
DGT's team of architects and designers can take on all aspects of the design of a venue, from the initial design concepts and layout plans to a detailed landlord pack and costings. We then offer a design and build service to deliver a turn-key project.

How can DGT help me with my projectOur team can take on as much or as little as you want. We can offer a turnkey project or be appointed to design one small element. With over 25 years working on some of the most iconic bars in the world, our team can deliver all aspects of your project.

How much do we chargeEach project is different and we agree a fixed fee with our clients at the start of each project, this can be based on a percentage of the project fitout cost or if this is not known at the beginning, we can work with an initial deposit and carry out a feasibility study to establish a starting fitout budget.

I have a main contractor but need the designs onlyWe can tailor our services to each project, If you only need a Landlord pack, we can do this. If you have a build team we can provide the concept stage all the way to the full drawing and procurement packs. Just drop us an email if you require more information.
